Service and age

Underworld is a fictional crime-empire game provided by Halil İbrahim Karademir (VDOX Lab). It is only for adults aged 18 and over. In-game actions do not encourage unlawful conduct in the real world.

Virtual economy

In-game currency and chips have no real monetary value. They are not sold for real money and cannot be converted into real money or used for real-world payments. There is no real-money gambling. Game balances are not bank accounts or investments. Trading accounts, chips or game currency for real money outside the game is prohibited.

Account security

Protect your login details. Do not sell, transfer or use another person’s account. Report suspected unauthorised access to support and provide accurate information necessary for the service.

Conduct

Swearing, insults, humiliation, harassment, hate speech, threats, calls to violence, encouragement of self-harm, sexual content, sharing personal details (including your own), scams, trading items or accounts, real-money offers, advertising, links, spam and impersonation are prohibited in Family chat, mottos and announcements. Bots, cheating and exploiting vulnerabilities are prohibited. The fictional crime story does not permit planning or encouraging real illegal acts. Upload only content you are entitled to share.

Moderation, complaints and appeals

Before first posting a family message, motto or announcement, you must accept the current Family chat rules. A new version requires renewed acceptance. You can report inappropriate content, block users and appeal moderation decisions. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. A moderator may issue a reasoned writing restriction for 24 hours, 7 days or permanently. This chat sanction restricts messages, mottos and announcements; you can keep playing and reading within your family.

There are no automatic chat penalties. Only a moderator can lift a permanent chat restriction. Emre Kestam is responsible for complaints and appeals. Contact info@gameofunderworld.com; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Closure and changes

You may request account deletion. Required photo cleanup, open gameplay rights and family transfer/closure steps may delay completion. Requesting deletion does not authorise burning the family treasury. Remaining personal virtual assets are lost on deletion and do not create a real-money refund entitlement. Updates may change game balance. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property and contact

The game, branding and artwork belong to their respective rights holders. Permission to play does not transfer ownership or commercial reuse rights. See our Privacy Policy for personal data.
